Get ready – the Milton Keynes club is running a variety of exciting gymnastics workshops this Spring half-term break!

Milton Keynes: Easter Schedule
Handstand Workshop: Intermediate Gymnasts
In this workshop, we will be working on various types of handstands! We will also be looking at how gymnasts can take their handstands to other pieces of apparatus like, beams, bars and vault.

Cartwheel Workshop: Intermediate Gymnasts
Want to spend some time deep-diving into what makes a good cartwheel? In this workshop, we will be working on various types of cartwheels, plus showing gymnasts how to take their cartwheels on and off other pieces of apparatus like the beam.

Round Off Workshop: Intermediate Gymnasts
