We are looking forward to welcoming you into the fold of Gymfinity Kids this summer!
We are so excited to be joining forces with Beth Tweddle and her clubs, as we both have an aligned mission to bring gymnastics to as many young people as possible. By merging with Beth Tweddle Gymnastics, we’re another step closer to bringing this mutual ambition to life.
Beth Tweddle is now our Gymnastics Ambassador and is working closely alongside the team of gymnastics experts to guide and develop our gymnastics offerings. As our ambassador, Beth has full control over our gymnastics programme, making sure that every child who passes through our collective doors has the best gymnastics experience possible!

We are expecting to have Beth Tweddle Gymnastics members fully transferred over to Gymfinity Kids by mid-late July 2024. We wish to share key dates and information with you, which will help the transition of bringing you from Beth Tweddle Gymnastics to Gymfinity Kids go as smoothly as possible.
IMPORTANT CHANGES & DATES
Your Account
By Friday 19th July 2024, we’re expecting to have migrated all Beth Tweddle Gymnastics accounts over to the Gymfinity Kids systems. This will require you to access your new account and set up a password.
Payment Details
You will be required to make payment changes once we have switched you from Beth Tweddle Gymnastics to Gymfinity Kids. If your payment details aren’t updated within a certain timeframe, you risk losing your place in class and having your membership cancelled.
You do not need to take any action at the moment – the payment changes will be fully explained closer to the time and there will be plenty of reminders and assistance both in club and via email.
Your Class
Your current class structure will remain the same, and we will notify you ahead of any changes. Please be reassured that ensuring your child continues to have the same great experience is our top priority. Your child’s class will continue to be on the same day and time – no change will be made to existing Beth Tweddle Gymnastics scheduling.
Your Child’s Awards
We have been working with Beth Tweddle to ensure that your child’s levels are accurately transferred to the Gymfinity Kids equivalent. Your child will not lose any progression they have achieved over their time at BTG.
Once you’re in your Gymfinity Kids account, you will be able to see your child’s achievements and their progression trajectory. Your account will display the skills your child has achieved and what is needed before they can progress to the next level.
Your Bookings
If you have a party or holiday camp booking at the Widnes & Bolton clubs, they will be carried over to our system and will not be affected.
Other changes to expect
In the coming months, we will be rebranding all Beth Tweddle Gymnastics Centres to be Gymfinity Kids clubs, and the Beth Tweddle Gymnastics Academies to be Gymfinity Community Clubs. This will be more than just a change of logo. There will be further training for the coaches, the implementation of exciting events, certification weeks (see below) and other initiatives to aid your child’s progression and development!
Your new account will offer different options compared to the Beth Tweddle Gymnastics dashboard – your Gymfinity Kids dashboard is very straightforward but we will be sharing video tours to help you navigate this new account.
We will continue the Values Recognition Scheme for all Beth Tweddle Gymnastics children! This scheme is also adored by both children and parents at our Gymfinity Kids clubs. The scheme recognizes and rewards the children whenever they demonstrate our core values to inspire and motivate them to strive to be the best they can be. Find out more here.
All clubs will be involved in our Award Weeks – we hold these every few months to celebrate the children’s achievements and award certificates for new skills. Find out more here.

We will be in regular contact with you as we get closer to the migration. We will provide all the information and assistance you may need, so please ensure you stay subscribed to our communications, so you don’t miss anything.
Please do not create a Gymfinity Kids account as we will be creating one on your behalf.
