Welcome to Gymfinity Kids!

Arrival to club

Please arrive 10 minutes before your class starts – please ensure your child has gone to the toilet before class and follow the signs to the gymnastics room.

At our Community Clubs, parents cannot stay to watch the usual weekly classes, apart from our Ellesmere Port location where there is a large viewing balcony that can be used if parents wish to stay.

Parents are welcome to wait in the car park in all other Community Club locations. 

If a child is nervous and wishes to have the support of their parent, the parent may be allowed to stay for half of the class or until the child is settled – they will need to discuss this with management/the coaches beforehand. However, if you are participating in the parent and toddler preschool class, then you must stay during the class.

What should my child wear for their trial?

The correct clothing for training is shorts and t-shirt, leggings and a t-shirt or leotard. Please do not wear anything that is loose fitting. We do not allow any footwear on the gym floor

Please note:

• Long hair needs to be tied back
• No jewellery is permitted – if ears have recently been pierced they must be covered up with tape or plasters
• No food is permitted during our sessions, but please remember to bring along a drink for your child
• Children are encouraged to visit the bathroom before they start their session

Community Club Closure Dates:

As our Community Clubs are hosted in community spaces, such as schools, some of these clubs need to close during certain school holidays, such as the August summer holidays. If your classes are affected, we will communicate these closure dates to you in advance each year.

Community Club closures:

Our Cambridgeshire community clubs in Swavesey and St Neots do not close over school holidays.

Please see below for the community club closure dates that apply to all venues except Liverpool Woolton (St Julies High School) & Cambridgeshire clubs:

1. Class stop date: Wednesday 31st July 2024
2. Class start date: Thursday 5th September 2024

Liverpool Woolton (St Julies High School) class closure dates.

2. First class back: Saturday 7th Sep 2024

Why am I billed every month when my Community Club closes for certain school holidays?

To keep your monthly prices the same, we charge 12 equal payments per year (instead of charging a higher price for 11 months of the year). Your monthly payments are calculated to account for when the community club you attend needs to close. Therefore please don’t cancel your subscription during these closure periods. If you do, your space will be lost and there will be an outstanding balance to settle before rejoining.

Do the children follow an awards scheme?

The gymnasts follow a progressive curriculum and work towards an award scheme. The award scheme has been developed by leading educational and gymnastics specialists.

Throughout your child’s journey with us, you will have access to their progress tracking and see what skills they have completed on which level within your parent portal.
